About the role
In this role you will be building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value. You will be expected to collaborate with business users to understand their needs from the platform, leading enhancement projects, building a Salesforce roadmap, and providing ongoing support and training to users. Most importantly, you will enable users to get the most out of our customised Salesforce solution.
Your day-to-day
Lead: Proactively lead Salesforce strategy to have a best-in-class solution for the business, by working with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and establish & maintain a roadmap.
Collaborate: Proactively collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, conduct testing and deliver high quality & effective Salesforce solutions within project timelines.
Configuration Changes: Implementing and managing Salesforce configuration updates utilising the existing suite of tools & products, including (but not limited to) flows, approval processes, page layouts, fields, record types, reports, dashboards and list views.
User Management & Training: Managing roles, profiles, users, permission sets, apps, and home pages. Providing ongoing support to users, addressing queries and issues promptly, while also conducting comprehensive training sessions to maximise user proficiency.
Data Integrity: Implementing strategies to enhance Salesforce data quality, leveraging automation and best practices to optimise data integrity.
Integrations: Providing hands-on support for new integrations and resolving integration-related issues with other systems, such as accounting and payroll systems, and assisting with data synchronisation. In addition to installing and configuring 3rd party packages.
System Maintenance: Conducting routine system maintenance activities, including security reviews, release updates, and health checks, to ensure optimal platform performance.
What you’ll need to be successful
Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification (Additional certifications are advantageous).
Experience developing, improving, automating and implementing streamlined and customised processes, including change management experience.
Working understanding of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce PSA tools (e.g. Klient, Certinia PS Cloud, Precursive, Mission Control) is highly regarded.
