Client Experience

Focused on long-standing and trusted relationships, the Client Experience domain works closely with clients to truly understand their business needs - in turn bringing the best of Mantel’s value propositions. From strategic account management to marketing and events, Client Experience is focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.

About the role

Joining the Strategic Pursuits team within the Client Experience domain, you’ll be in the engine-room for Mantel’s client proposals. You are a versatile digital designer who can simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive visuals and leverage AI tools to keep Mantel’s client communications at the cutting edge of the market. Your primary focus will be to work alongside Mantel’s technical and commercial teams to uplift proposal collateral into high quality, brand-aligned assets.

Your day-to-day

• Own the final layout of strategic pursuits. Transform technical drafts into polished, high-impact assets aligned with brand guidelines.

• Translate technical concepts into digestible visual narratives for non-technical audiences.

• Maintain and build out taxonomies in asset libraries to ensure content is up-to-date and ready for AI initiatives.

• Create high-quality diagrams, illustrations, and basic motion graphics or video for compelling presentations.

• Master AI generation tools to create bespoke imagery and identify ways to use AI to improve design workflows.

• Refine internal systems to make design and pursuit processes more efficient and scalable.

• Use professional judgement while treating colleagues and clients with respect and compassion, and a demonstrated ability to display our Mantel principles

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Confidence with typography, grid systems, and information hierarchy.

• Ability to follow guidelines while remaining creative in a fast-paced environment.

• Quickly grasping technical terminology to translate it into visual form.

• Experience across Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, Google Slides/PowerPoint, and AI tools (Gemini, Midjourney, DALL-E).

• Comfort managing multiple senior stakeholders and ambiguous drafts under tight deadlines.

• A natural inclination for building systems and connecting dots across the business.
