Application Review
We'll start the process by reviewing your application and figuring out where you'd be best placed within Mantel.

Screening
Over a quick phone or Google Meet chat, we’ll give you a solid insight into the work we do and what life is like as a consultant at Mantel. This will be an opportunity to find out where your skills and experience fit best within our team.
We’ll tell you all about us, and you can share more about your experiences and aspirations.

Technical Interview
This interview is where we drill down into the juicy stuff with a technical skills assessment. You get to meet some of our technically awesome team who will ask about your past projects and tech experience.
You’ll also find out about the exciting tech and projects we work on too.

Cultural Interview
This interview is focused on team fit for you and for us. You get to meet some of our team who will ask about how you like to work and give you a feel for what it’s like to work at Mantel.
Whether it be our culture, Principles, how we work, our perks or business strategy, come armed with questions.

Offer
If we both feel Mantel is going to be an awesome fit for you, we’ll make an offer to become a Mantelorian! Upon joining, we’ll make sure you have a great onboarding experience and induction so you can hit the ground running and have fun doing what you love.
