To address the significant underrepresentation of women and gender minorities in tech, we established our Women and Gender Minority Traineeship.

This structured program was designed to launch the next generation of technologists, offering a direct pathway into high-demand fields like Cloud, Digital, and Data & AI. Through hands-on experience and targeted development, we provided a guided and successful transition into the industry. To date, the program has launched the careers of over 80 individuals!
