Security Working in our emerging and growing cybersecurity capability, you will work closely with clients across our teams. Mantel presents a cohesive, integrated cybersecurity capability, bringing together security specialists with our broader cloud, data, and digital teams. Our capabilities span governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), cyber engineering, and offensive security, enabling large-scale cyber security initiatives for our clients.
About the role
As an IAM Specialist you will be responsible for a range of activities including evaluating, assessing, designing and implementing identity and access management solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop IAM and/or Zero Trust strategies suited to their unique environments.
As a Security Identity Specialist, you will:
Collaborate with companies of various sizes with complex identity and access management requirements.
Design scalable identity and access management solutions across multiple on premises and cloud-based applications that align with clients’ security goals.
Design enterprise zero trust solutions using market leading vendor products and services.
Provide technical leadership on identity and/or zero trust projects, support internal and client teams with IAM-related matters such as identity migration projects and identity governance uplift projects.
Conduct security assessments and health checks to identify and mitigate potential risks in the IAM infrastructure and the business outcomes that the IAM services support.
Create identity and access management policies, procedures, and controls based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Keep on top of the latest trends and best practices in IAM and contribute to the development of security frameworks and strategies.
Use professional judgement while treating colleagues and clients with respect and compassion, and a demonstrated ability to display our Mantel principles
What you’ll need to be successful:
Expertise in the IAM space with demonstrated experience in designing and delivering security solutions for large enterprise
Understand the latest trends and solutions/technologies (i.e. Zero Trust, Party Based Access etc)
Enterprise-level knowledge of one or more IAM product suites: SailPoint, Okta, Auth0, OneLogin, Entra ID, JumpCloud, Cognito
Understand and be able to design solutions for customer and product identity solutions that include distributed policy evaluation, multi-tenancy, enablement of dynamic policy and user/role hierarchy definitions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and solve complex situations
Willingness to continually upskill; including learning new technologies and obtaining new certifications
Deep understanding of corporate identity solutions i.e. Active Directory, EntraID etc
Understand Zero Trust solution architectures and supporting technologies (i.e. ZScaler, Cloudflare, BeyondCorp)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
