About the role 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Solutions Principal to join our team working alongside our CTO. This role is pivotal in understanding our clients' technology landscapes, designing and building robust solutions, and nurturing relationships with technical leaders and executives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical background, strong relationship & presentation skills, a proven track record in pre-sales, advisory and/or architecture, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while effectively managing stakeholders.

Your day-to-day

• Ability to articulate client business problems or opportunities and how technology can enable value creation.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, including preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that meet client needs and wants.

• Broad experience and understanding of progressive technologies across Data & AI with the ability to derive solutions from these technologies.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing technology environments and advise or recommend strategies and architectures in line with business objectives.

• Break down complex solutions into detailed proposals including solution design, effort estimates, risks, assumptions and dependencies.

• Develop tailored Data and AI solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients across a diverse range of technologies.

• Ability to articulate high-level estimates (ROM) and advise on commercial or execution risk of the solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing technology advisory support throughout the sales and implementation phases of delivery.

• Work with technology partners to facilitate solutions with third-party solutions, i.e., AWS,

• Google, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks etc.

What you’ll need to be successful: 

• Proven experience in a pre-sales or advisory role within the IT professional services industry.

• Proven expertise and experience in Data and AI.

• Strong technical background with the ability to design and build solutions across various technologies.

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior technical leaders and executives.
