About the role 

We are seeking a Client Solutions Lead (Transformation) to join our Client Solutions team within Strategy & Consulting.

This role will help Mantel engage earlier with clients and move the conversation beyond technology delivery towards measurable business outcomes. You will help clients define the change they need to make, build the case for investment and establish a practical path from ambition to implementation.

You will bring lived experience delivering transformation in real organisations. You will understand what it takes to change behaviours and processes, and will use that experience to shape client experiences, business cases and delivery approaches.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, consulting, technology and delivery. You will work closely with clients, partners and Mantel’s technical and delivery teams to shape integrated solutions that connect business need, technology, adoption and sustained value.

What you’ll need to be successful: 

• Transformation delivery credibility, with lived experience taking client change from discovery through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.

• Strong outcome and commercial acumen, including business cases, investment framing, benefits tracking and shaping or winning client work.

• Practical operating-model and change design capability across processes, workflows, governance, roles, readiness and adoption.

• Strategic communication and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to align executives, operational teams, users and technical specialists through ambiguity.

• Professional services experience and sufficient fluency across Cloud, Digital, Data, AI or Security to connect technology choices to business outcomes.

• Use professional judgement while treating colleagues and clients with respect and compassion, and a demonstrated ability to display our Mantel principles
